A service or live session once booked, cannot be cancelled.
A customer can request for rescheduling the session 3 business days before the date of commencement of the service. Any Request received after the end of the current service period will not be considered as valid.
A customer can reschedule the booking by logging into the customer’s “My account” section on the website or by contacting the support team via email at email@example.com.
All services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If a consultant fails to deliver the service due to any technical / unavoidable issues the company will transfer the service to a convenient slot.
