Peel and cut the bottle gourd in a 1-inch size.Â

Slightly warm the pressure cooker, add the butter, and saute the coarsely crushed ginger garlic for 30 seconds.Â

Add the bottle gourd and saute for 30 seconds.Â

Add water and pressure cook. Slow the flame after the first whistle for 10 minutes.

Let the pressure cool down.

Blend and sieve the soup.Â

Rewarm and add salt and pepper to taste.
