Tell us about yourself.
I am Jeny Patel from Ahmedabad. I am a school student studying in 10th standard. My hobbies include reading and music.
What problems were you facing before starting with the Diet and Nutrition program?
I was suffering from skin problems. I also had low hemoglobin levels and was overweight.
How did you get to know about us?
I came across Dt.Jasbir Kaur through my uncle Mr. Bobby Patel, one of her older clients, who had an amazing health transformation journey.
How did the Diet & Nutrition program help you?
The Diet & Nutrition program helped me to resolve several health issues. It brought my weight under control and also solved skin-related problems.
What kind of challenges did you face in the entire course? How did you overcome them?
My biggest challenge to overcome was adapting to healthy eating. I would avoid eating fruits and vegetables. But with this program, Dt. Jasbir helped change my mindset towards healthy food and devise ways to make them delicious.
What was your weight when you started and what is your target weight?
Initially, my weight was 68 kgs. My target weight was 50 kgs, and with combined efforts, I achieved that goal. Currently, I am maintaining that weight.
Which is your favorite meal?
My favourite meal includes sautéed vegetables and raw salad with sweet curd.
Is there any activity that you could not do earlier, but now you can?
Earlier, I couldn’t walk for a long duration. Once I sat down, I didn’t feel like getting up and doing any activity. I was also very inflexible which restricted me from doing yoga.
If you were to explain your entire experience in a single line, what would you say?
One word for my entire experience would be ‘Mind Blowing.’
What’s your next goal?
My next goal is to maintain the fitness level I have attained over the span of months and be consistent with my healthy habits.
What message would you like to share with other people going through similar problems or challenges?
I can’t describe how amazing I feel. Now, every time I look in front of the mirror, I feel happy. When people look at a fitter and healthier version of me, it boosts my confidence too. Keep faith and be consistent. Rest will follow.
